How to place an order?

Placing an order with Marieméro.eu is very straightforward. Click on the article of your choice, select your chosen size and ‘add to cart’ to buy. Once you’ve finished shopping, you can see an overview of your selected articles in your cart. (see upright corner). You can still make amendments once you have clicked on your cart. If you are satisfied with your order, click on ‘next’ and finalise your order by going through the next steps including the payment.

What's the right size for me?

To know your sizes, go to our size table which you can find on each articlepage just below our available sizes. When an article is smaller or larger than the size table, we wll advise this in our copy.

How to pay for my chosen articles?

We accept Bancontact, Ideal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

Is my payment secure?

Multisafepay is our partner for all your payments on our webshop. Hereby we guarantee you a quick and safe payment. We use the best and safest technology on today’s market to make sure that your payments are secured. Your personal data is secured through SSL to obtain the highest safety level. With this you are protected against online fraud. Your credit card number will never be communicated to us.

Can I choose a delivery address?

Mariemero.be offers you the possibility to choose your delivery address. This can be your home address or a collection point. You might have extra transportcosts when we need to deliver to the UK and non-European countries. Please check our conditions article 5 carefully.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Unfortunately once you’ve placed your order you cannot amend the delivery address anymore. Please consider this carefully while placing your order.

Can I have my order delivered at home?

One of the possibilities is your home address. When Royal Mail / AN Post present the parcel during your absence, a note will be left to take contact to with them.

How to follow the status of my order?

As soon as your order is despatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In this email you will find a Track & Trace link to the website so that you can follow the process of your order.

When will my order be delivered?

The delivery will follow between 7-10 working days after receipt of your payment.

Can I exchange or return my articles?

Articles can be returned within 15 days. Making a change is not possible. If you want to make a change, you make a new order and return the initial order.

You can submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests for return after this period will no longer be accepted.
There are 2 options to return your package. This applies to all returns from Europe.
Option 1: this can be done via Bpost by creating a return label in step 2. The return cost is €5 and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Option 2: you go to one of our concept stores to bring in your package in the original box. This return is free. You do not pay return costs.

Reimbursement is made via the head office for each option.

UK and non-European countries:
- Contact webshop@mariemero.be
- We will provide you with the commercial invoice you need to return your package.
- Put this invoice in your package and stick a double copy on your package.
- Return the package at your own expense with a track & trace number. Without this number, follow-up to delivery is not possible with us.
- You always pay import costs with every shipment from the UK and other non-European countries. We deduct these costs from your return amount.

How to exchange my articles?

All articles, bought online in our Marie Méro webshop, can be returned. Articles to be exchanged can be re-ordered immediately. Please go onto our website and place a new order. You can see at once if your size is still available. We advice you to confirm your order straightaway, especially if there is only a small stock left. Please keep in mind that articles placed in your shopping bag are not reserved yet for you!

You can find information on how to return an article under ‘How to return articles’?

If you place a new order to replace your faulty article(s), please keep in mind that this order needs to be paid upfront as well. Due to technical reasons it is impossible to settle payments together.

Unfortunately you cannot order a new article or exchange an article via the return ticket. This is again not possible due to technical reasons.

How to return my articles?

You can submit a return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Requests for return after this period will no longer be accepted.
Register your return with Marie Méro by entering your e-mail address and return number (see delivery note). Go to the return platform (click on 'return platform').

There are 2 options to return your package. This applies to all returns from Europe.
Option 1: this can be done via Bpost by creating a return label in step 2. The return cost is €5 and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Create your return label at Bpost now by clicking on https://mariemero.shipping-portal.com/rp/. You will then receive this label via email. You stick the return label on the box. Hand in your return shipment at a Bpost office or Postpunt, ask for proof of delivery and keep it safe. This step is valid for every order placed in Belgium, the Netherlands and other European countries.

Option 2: you go to one of our concept stores to bring your package in the original box. This return is free. You do not pay return costs.
